What Browsers Really Need Is Most Likely Not What You Think It Is
Rather than more CSS3 shininess, Christian Heilmann argues for native feature testing in browsers. Considering the amount of 3rd party tools involved in testing sites / apps, I think having some of this in-browser would be a huge time saver.
