Over the past few months I've been testing Adobe XD's viability by using it exclusively on new commercial projects. It was admittedly risky trying to adopt so early - XD was/is still in preview and each client needed convincing in one way or another - but I thought the benefits outweighed the negatives.

You probably know this, every time you start working on a new project you have to define a new color palette. Over the years, I kept repeating this process so many times that I started building my own reference library. Every time I created new color pairings, I saved them as JPG files for myself.

It was the strong end of the day. The conference room was caught up in contemplating the conventional concerns of crafting a brand. Chairs, the illustrious, mostly quiet attendees of all discussions were waiting for a standard signal. A weary click of the door knob that had preceded the entry of our design team.
