Last June one of Canada's largest real estate search websites Zoocasa.com was shut down by its then owners. Seeing potential where others saw loss, the site's assets were purchased by a small, visionary group of Toronto-based investors. Zoocasa was saved and given a second chance at reshaping Canada's real estate industry.

Yesterday was the special Apple event and all activity at AgileBits stopped as our entire team watched the live stream to see what goodies would be coming our way. For me, the most exciting news by far was the announcement of the new MacBook Pro with its amazing Touch Bar and Touch ID.

Today Brand New turns ten years old. I had originally planned a quick, one-paragraph post acknowledging the milestone but as soon as I started gathering some facts and figures I got carried away and delved some more into our Google Analytics, parsed all the words ever written, and then flushed out some thoughts about what it's been like writing this blog for so long.
